Part of the fun of any version ofScott Pilgrimis that he doesn’t necessarily defeat every Evil Ex-Boyfriend by beating them in physical combat. Sometimes he just has to be smarter than his opponents. One of the best instances of this is when Scott goads pretty-good-skateboarder turned pretty-good-actorLucas Leeinto grinding down an absurdly long handrail, resulting in Lee grinding so fast that he bursts into flames – and it’s pretty much the same in both the comic and the movie.
Unlikemany comics-to-film adaptations,Scott Pilgrim vs. The Worldis a loving translation of the source material that seems fully aware of what made the graphic novels so special to so many fans. As a result, the script takes great care to use a lot of the original dialogue and jokes from O’Malley’s comics. It’s a remarkable choice, given that the number of funny people who worked on this movie – including the director – could just as easily devised their own jokes.
I grinned like a fool all the way through the game from beginning to end. I went back and completed it with friends. And I’ll play it some more because the levels are fun, and the music is fantastic and utterly toe tapping.
Both the comic and the movie start out as a “slice of life” affair, which is disrupted during the Battle of the Bands when Matthew Patel crashes through the ceiling and challenges Scott to a fight. The movie version is straight out of the graphic novel: the musical element, the demon hipster chicks, and even many of the lyrics of Matthew’s song.

This is a great game! It is not a short game (they do have 4x speed games, but I didn’t play any of them). You also have to learn the game really fast and mostly on your own. There isn’t a tutorial, at least one that I can remember. There is a group chat specifically for help in the game. Other than the loooooooooong time that it takes to play a single map the only other thing I didn’t like was that one of the items in the game that you need to build bases/buildings and produce troops is severely disproportionately needed compared to other resources. So towards the end of the game you may have zero of one that one resource but have fifty thousand of all the rest of the resources…Another great thing about the game is you don’t have to pay to win! I did watch a lot of ads for gold, but never bought any and one the game easily… By easily, I mean I had a rocking strategy… I just noticed I used one instead of won. Yes, I could have gone back and fixed it, but sometimes you just got to let things go so people can go “HA! Dude wrote one instead of won. What an idiot!” And then wonder if they felt like an idiot after they realized the writer left it on purpose and that everything after that was just a waste of their time… GREAT GAME!!!

Weel that`s what i think… 1. If crossing will be replaced with these white dots, then armies are black dots. On crossing`s armies look preety normal, v. But Black dots on White dots would look weird. Plus, it will look, and be out of place if there will be like 100 ships, and even if they every war time will need to go to sea (To land and do other things too.) … This will be the same that Jupiter Will Be Where Mars Is. (Get it?). 2. Territorial.io (My 2nd favorite game, after this one!), have a little the same thing. – Click where ship, to go, relase ship to open sea, and hope that it`s people (Or money call it how you want.), will not end and it (Ship.), will be landed. But territorial.io is more strategy game. – This one is simulator!!! Just spawn, start world war, and watch. Or use tools, and/or God Mode. Crossings are crossing! … 3.!!!!! When you make a map, (So like never.), ,that uhh, i forgot name, uuuuuuh, oh yea, crossings, look… Normal. But imagine placing crossing and insted of that, there will be just a lot of white dots. White dots just don`t go to style we know today in this game. I like it how it is. And it`s okay. Okay? Weel, bye! Oh, i typed this, thinked, and customized this for so-o long!!!
